At INARA we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order.
All the unstitched related complaints will be catered within 7 working days of receiving the outfits. Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained. Customers are allowed to return/refund or replace the unstitched outfits.
Customers paying via Credit Card or Bank transfer may cancel/change within 48 hours of placing the order.
There is no return and exchange policy on stitched outfits. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality department of the company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.
